Carrier and Travel
One of the very first thing you will do with your cat, whether young or old, is travel! It may just be to your home, but it's potentially the start of a journey. Siberian cats often have outgoing personalities and can be easy to harness train. This makes outdoor adventures great fun with your feline friend.

Basic Carrier

For under $20, this is probably the best budget carrier you can get for your new kitten. It will get the job done if you are bringing home one kitten and the fabric carriers of this size will be a little more comfortable. However, this will not fit your Siberian for long as they can often become large cats.
Durable Fabric Carrier

This is a larger carrier designed for Siberians and Maine Coons with a sturdy construction, perfect for travel, great privacy for the cat, and it comes in several colors! A great addition.
Sturdy Carrier

For ultimate longevity, ease of cleaning, and protection during travel, nothing beats the hard shell carrier. This one has a built in litter box which can come in handy for long trips.
Travel Pads

We provide these for our owners when they bring their kitten home, especially if they have a long trip, but it's good to have these on hand any time traveling is considered in the future.
Calming Spray

This is a great product for reducing travel related stress, as it mimics natural calming pheromones produced by cats to create a calm environment for your furry friend.
Harness

A good harness is essential. This extra small one is good for you to get started with your kitten, but Voyager makes several different sizes in all kinds of different colors. Be sure to check out our article about harness training for more information!
Cat Stroller

Have you ever seen a cat out on a walk? It's not common, but we have done it and some of our owners have done it as well if they have a cat that has the disposition for it. In fact, if done correctly, the exposure can help make them calm in more varied situations and many cats enjoy the mobility.
